I’m a roller skating, freestyle rapping, noodle-loving comfort engineer. Also, wordplay and terrible puns are sort of my thing – consider yourself warned.

First of all, thank you for floating into our orbit at The Namasphere. I’m tickled that you’re here!

I love food so much that I’ve dedicated my life to studying it. My intention is to empower you to improve your digestion and heal your relationship with food so that you can feel alive in your body. I offer you a taste of holistic practices, nibbles of wholesome foods and a whole bunch of resources to make this lifestyle easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Holistic nutrition and yoga both found me during times of crisis; yoga, following a car accident in 2010, and nutrition following a stay in the hospital in 2013. I won’t get into the details here, however, those two major life events turned out to be the best things that ever happened to me.
Our karma is often our dharma.
Reflecting upon the past decade, I have been blessed with many amazing teachers. I’ve had many incredible opportunities, and I am eager to expand – always learning and growing. In the beginning though, I felt lost and confused:
  • I never knew where to find reliable information to support my digestive health. I would find so much conflicting information with no clear direction… and not enough people were talking about the layers of digestion.
  • I could never find the right teachers – my teachers. I prayed for a database that would point me in the right direction of the authentic, mystical, seemingly mythical gurus.
  • I had to figure out how to nourish myself (or even what that truly means) on my own – no guidance, support or community… at least not in a consistent and holistic way.
The mentorships I found were compartmentalized. e.g. practitioners for energy work but not mental health, or business programs with zero emphasis on sustaining my personal health simultaneously so I could even show up to my work!
Now, Namataste Nutrition is my brain-baby. A space that covers all the bases. A truly holistic digestive health platform for growth-oriented, compassionate leaders who wish to have the vitality to make an even bigger impact.

I am a student first and forever.

When I teach, my specialty is adaptive Hatha yoga (best place to start if you’re a beginner).

I also love guiding Vinyasa, yin, restorative, Nidra, pranayama and meditation.

My Journey

Though I started practicing yoga for physical health, yoga took me much deeper.

As cliché as this sounds, yoga taught me how to interact compassionately with my body. It taught me to truly listen to my body and nourish it with what it needs, not what I crave.

This discipline was the seed of awareness that brought me here, now.

My style is simple; always coming back to the basics and giving homage to the roots of this transformative discipline.

Since 2017, I have completed +700 hours of training and have been guiding clients in their practice ever since.

My Training

I’ve had the honour of studying with many amazing mentors.

I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2017 with Xian at the Ahimsa Yoga Ashram in Nicaragua. Xian distilled +25 years of experience into a pure magic – a style that draws on many lineages which can be adapted for all bodies and experience levels.

In 2018 I completed an advanced, 300 hour teacher training with Lindsey Park and Heather Ivany. There, I deepened my pranayama (breath control) practice and sharpened my teaching skills.

I also had the pleasure of studying Yoga Nidra with Tanis Fishman – a practice that helps us rewire subconscious programming.

My Experience

I’ve been practicing since 2010 and teaching since 2017 with every intention of continuing.

I work well with beginner and intermediate yogis in helping them refine and safely apply the fundamentals of yoga both on and off the mat.

Workshops and retreats are a personal preference.


I teach nutrition mastery.
My specialty is holistic, plant-based gut-health. Additionally, I teach you to live in alignment with your Dosha.

My Journey

I’ve been plant-based since 2010, though before committing to healthy eating I ended up very sick in the hospital.

It was a blessing in disguise.

The long-short: I had gut-health imbalances from years of antibiotics and recurring bacterial infections. This manifested as weight gain, eczema, acne, irregular energy, mood and hormonal imbalances, unbearable PMS, bloating and digestive problems.

This health crisis woke me up and sent me on a completely different path in my life, for which I am eternally grateful.

Now I have clear, unblemished skin, maintained a +50 lb weight loss, regulated mood and hormones, and have an abundance of energy.

Additionally, my eating habits shifted from bingeing, emotional eating and food addictions to conscious consumption and body awareness.

My Training

I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2015 and have continued my studies in digestive health on my own and through specialized programs.

I have done extensive research in Ayurveda, participated in mini-courses, and have been practicing since 2016. I intend to invest more time and energy in formal studies in the coming months.

My Experience

I live and breathe what I teach. I will never ask you to do something I have not yet mastered myself.

I have helped dozens of people with my proven method which takes into account your uniqueness. I teach you to integrate supportive rituals into your life – sustainably. I will help you rewire old dietary patterns so you actually stick with this, long term.

My clients experience a range of transformation around their nutrition habits, in their environment, and of course in their bodies.


I teach yogic living. Compassionate, mindful, plant-based living…because it’s a lifestyle, not just a diet.

My method includes Ayurveda, yogic philosophy, habit-building (mindset and heart-set), subconscious rewiring, nutrition and kitchen mastery.

I will show you how to fit this all into your existing lifestyle, no matter how busy you are.


I’ve distilled everything I’ve learned, practiced, and taught over the past decade into a dangerously effective 4-month apprenticeship called Nutrition Wisdom Method (NWM).

By the end of this program you will:

  • Have your nutrition dialed in. Gut-health on sleek, glowing skin, radiant energy, dozens of go-to recipes and menus.
  • Have established habits and rituals designed for you so you never “fall off the wagon” again.
  • Know what your body needs. No more questioning your food choices, craving healthy food, self-control.
