There is no limit to the possibilities of vegetables. As the name suggests, they are big bowls of veggies! Though I’m not attached to any one method, my typical formula looks something like this:

Greens and/or
Raw, steamed, baked, or sauteed veggies
Ferment and/or sprouts
Toppings of your choice

There is no wrong way to enjoy a vegetabowl!
